Activiteiten tijdens de ponykampen
Hipporanch organiseert ponykampen tijdens alle schoolvakanties. Alle weken dat er stage wordt gegeven vind je verderop op deze pagina.
Tijdens deze stages brengen de kinderen de hele dag door met de paarden, door deel te nemen aan ruiteractiviteiten (paardrijlessen, ruiterspelletjes, paardrijden, voltige,...) en door het verzorgen van de dieren (voeren, borstelen, naar de wei brengen, de stallen schoonmaken,...).
De stage duurt van 9.00 tot 16.30 uur, behalve in de winter, dan eindigen ze om 16.00 uur.
Deelnemers worden begeleid door een team van professionelen.
Al de kampen worden gegeven in de twee talen: NL, FR en de meesten in de drie talen: NL, FR, ENG.
Locatie en parkeren
De stages worden gegeven in: Tervuursesteenweg, 100 te 3080 Tervuren.
Voor de parking, gelieve niet voor de ingang te parkeren, want dan blokkeer je de doorgang van de paarden en van de buren naar hun garage. Voor de buren is het ook niet fijn om de motorgeluiden, het starten van de auto, het dichtslaan van de portieren enz. te horen.
We vragen u daarvoor in de straat aan de overkant te parkeren : Beeldekensgatstraat, in de nabijheid van de nummers 5-7
Prijs
250€/5 dagen (+10€ voor niet-leden, dit is inclusief verzekering).
Inschrijving en annulering
Als je jezelf of je kind wilt inschrijven, vul dan het formulier in dat overeenkomt met de week(en) waarop je wilt inschrijven. De formulieren voor het inschrijven vind je verderop op deze pagina. Je hoeft dan gewoon te klikken op de link (text in het blauw)
dat overeenkomt met de gekozen week. Deze zal u automatisch
doorsturen naar het gepaste formulier die overeenkomt met de gekozen
stage.
LET OP: zodra je het formulier hebt ingevuld, ontvang je GEEN BEVESTIGING EMAIL, maar JOUW PLAATS IS GERESERVEERD !!!
Je kunt dan verder gaan met de betaling door het bedrag te overschrijven naar de rekening van Hipporanch VZW: BE51 0018 4269 5862
Als je het formulier hebt ingevuld, maar van gedacht bent veranderd en niet meer wenst deel te nemen aan de stage, MOET je contact opnemen met de verantwoordelijke, Marie-Laure Dumoulin, op het volgende nummer: 0475 64 40 28 om je inschrijving te annuleren. Kosteloos annuleren is mogelijk tot 15 dagen voor aanvang van de stage. Na deze datum wordt de helft van het cursusgeld (€125) in rekening gebracht. Als je je zonder annulering terugtrekt, wordt het volledige cursusbedrag in rekening gebracht (250€ voor leden en 260€ voor niet-leden).

Als dit gebeurd, nodigen we je uit om de
wachtlijst, via een andere link een beetje lager (zie hieronder, link in het groen) aan te vullen EN de verantwoordelijke te bellen (0475 64 40 28), want de kans is groot dat er nog plaatsen beschikbaar zijn.
We stellen telkens minder plaatsen open dan dat er effectief beschikbaar zijn, zodat we de groep eventwichtig kunnen samenstellen en dat dit niet automatisch gebeurt.

Praktische info
- Minimumleeftijd = 6 jaar (tenzij er oudere broers of zussen deelnemen of dat uw kind al ponielessen heeft gevolgd, neem in dit geval contact op met de verantwoordelijke via email : hipporanchduisburg@gmail.com of per telefoon : 0475 64 40 28.
- De dag voordat de stage begint, wordt er een whatsap-groep opgezet om je van praktische informatie te voorzien, om de foto's van de stage mee te delen en waarop je ook kan communiceren in geval van telaatkoming, afwezigheid.
- De stage start om 9u en duurt tot 16u30 (uitgezonderd tijdens de winter : 16u), maar soms moeten de paarden van de wei gehaald worden. Dan is de afspraak om 8u15, in overleg met de stageleider. Dit zal gecommuniceert worden via de whatsapp groep.
- Mee te nemen: 10-uurtje, picknick, 4-uurtje, drankjes, indien nodig medicatie,
- Kledij : aangepaste aan het weer, soepele broek, laarzen.
- Bij warm weer: badpak en handdoek.

Activités durant les stages
Pour le parking, merci de ne pas vous garer devant l'entrée,
car vous bloquez le passage des chevaux et l'accès des voisins à leur
garage. De plus, les bruits de moteur, arrêts, démarrages et claquement de portières ne sont pas agréables pour le voisinage.

Activités durant les stages
Hipporanch Asbl organise des stages durant toutes les vacances scolaires. Vous trouverez les dates des semaines de stage plus loin sur cette page.
Durant ceux-ci, les enfants sont toute la journée en contact avec les chevaux pour des activités équestres (cours d'équitation, jeux équestres, promenades à cheval, voltige, ...) et les soins aux chevaux (les nourrir, les brosser, les conduire au pré, nettoyer leur box,...).
Les stages ont lieu de 9.00 à 16.30, sauf en hiver, où ils se terminent à 16.00.
Les participants sont encadrés par une équipe de professionnels.
Tous les stages sont donnés dans les deux langues : NL, FR et la plupart dans les trois langues : NL, FR, ANG.
Lieu et Parking
Les stages sont donnés à l'adresse : Tervuursesteenweg, 100 à 3080 Tervuren.
Pour le parking, merci de ne pas vous garer devant l'entrée,
car vous bloquez le passage des chevaux et l'accès des voisins à leur

Afin de laisser l'allée libre et de respecter le voisinage, merci de vous garer dans la rue en face : Beeldekensgatstraat, à proximité des numéros, 5-7. Il est également conseillé d'encoder cette rue-là dans votre GPS.

250€/5 jours (+10€ pour les non-membres qui comprend l'assurance).
Inscriptions et annulations
Si vous souhaitez vous inscrire ou inscrire votre enfant, merci de compléter le formulaire qui correspond aux dates souhaitées. Les formulaires sont accessibles plus bas sur cette page. Il vous suffira de cliquer sur le lien (texte en bleu) qui correspond à la semaine choisie. Celui-ci vous redirigera automatiquement vers le formulaire adéquat correspondant au stage choisi.
ATTENTION : une fois le formulaire complété, VOUS NE RECEVREZ PAS D'EMAIL DE CONFIRMATION, MAIS VOTRE PLACE EST BIEN RESERVEE !!!
Vous pouvez ensuite procéder au paiement en faisant le virement sur le compte de Hipporanch ASBL : BE51 0018 4269 5862
Si vous avez complété le formulaire, mais que vous avez changé d'avis et que vous ne souhaitez plus participer au stage, il est IMPERATIF que vous preniez contact avec la responsable, Marie-Laure Dumoulin, au numéro suivant : 0475 64 40 28 afin d'annuler votre inscription. Votre désistement sans frais est possible jusqu'à 15 jours avant le début du stage. Après cette date, la moitié du prix stage vous sera réclamée (125€). En cas de désistement non- annulé, l'entièreté du stage vous sera réclamée (250€ pour les membres et 260€ pour les non-membres).
ATTENTION : Il se peut qu'en cliquant sur le lien, la
page qui apparaît vous indique que le stage est complet. CECI N'EST SOUVENT PAS LE CAS.
Si cela arrive,
nous vous invitons à cliquer sur le lien de la liste d'attente et compléter le formulaire correspondant (voir plus bas, texte en vert) ET à appeler la responsable (0475 64
40 28), car il y a de grandes chances qu'il reste encore des places
disponibles.
Nous ouvrons toujours moins de places que celles qui sont réellement disponibles afin de pouvoir nous-mêmes composer les groupes de manière équilibrée, sans que cela ne se fasse automatiquement.

Informations pratiques
- Âge
minimum = 6 ans (sauf si des frères et sœurs plus âgés participent ou
que votre enfant a déjà suivi des cours de poney, dans ce cas, contactez
l'organisation via email : hipporanchduisburg@gmail.com ou par téléphone : 0475 64 40 28.
- La veille du stage, un groupe whatsap sera crée sur lequel vous sera communiqué les informations pratiques, envoyé les photos du stage dans le courant du stage et qui vous permettra à vous également de communiquer d'éventuels retards, absences ou autres.
- Le
stage commence à 9 heures du matin et dure jusqu'à 16h30 (sauf en hiver : 16h). Parfois, nous devons également aller chercher les chevaux en prairie. Dans ce cas, le rdv est fixé à 8h15, en concertation avec le
responsable de stage et sera communiqué sur le groupe whatsapp.
- À prévoir : 10h, pique-nique, 4h, boissons, si nécessaire médicaments,
- À prévoir : vêtements adaptés à la météo, pantalon souple, bottes. Par temps chaud : maillot & serviette de bain.
- Hipporanch met gratuitement à disposition, si nécessaire, des bombes, bottes et pantalons d'équitation dans la mesure des tailles disponibles.

Hipporanch organises camps during all school holidays. You will find the dates of the weeks further down this page.
During these camps, the children spend the whole day in contact with the horses, taking part in equestrian activities (riding lessons, equestrian games, horse rides, voltige, etc.) and caring for the horses (feeding them, brushing them, taking them out to pasture, cleaning their stalls, etc.).
The courses run from 9.00 to 16.30, except in winter when they finish at 16.00.
Participants are supervised by a team of professionals.
All courses are given in two languages: NL, FR and most of the time, in three languages: NL, FR, EN.

If you wish to register yourself or your child, please complete the form corresponding to the week you wish to book. The forms can be accessed further down this page. Simply click on the link (blue text) that corresponds to the week you have chosen. This will automatically redirect you to the appropriate form for the chosen course.
PLEASE NOTE : once you have completed the form, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, BUT YOUR PLACE IS RESERVED!

If you have completed the form, but have changed your mind and no longer wish to take part in the camp, you MUST contact the person in charge, Marie-Laure Dumoulin, on the following number: +32 475 64 40 28 in order to cancel your registration. You can withdraw your booking free of charge up to 15 days before the start of the course. After this date, you will be charged half the camp fee (€125). If you withdraw without cancelling, you will be charged the full camp fee (250€ for members and 260€ for non-members).

Pratical info
- Minimum age = 6 years (unless older siblings are taking part or your child has already taken pony lessons, in which case please contact the organisation by email: hipporanchduisburg@gmail.com or by telephone: 0475 64 40 28.
- The day before the start of the camp, a whatsap group will be set up to provide practical information, send photos of the camp during the camp and allow you to report any delays, absences or other matters.
- The course starts at 9 a.m. and lasts until 4.30 p.m. (except in winter: 4 p.m.). Sometimes, we also have to collect the horses from the meadow. In this case, the meeting point is set for 8.15 a.m., in consultation with the camp leader, and will be announced on the whatsapp group.
- What to bring: 10am, picnic, 4h, drinks, medication if necessary.
- What to bring: weather-appropriate clothing, flexible trousers, boots. In warm weather: swimming costume & towel.
- If necessary, Hipporanch will provide you with helmet, boots and riding trousers free of charge, subject to availability.
